We are proud to say that we have completed one of our projects from 2017 – delivery of technological equipment for WWTP of 65 500 p.e. Our contract included the following equipment:
- Automated bar screen Q=200 l/s, executed fully from stainless steel AISI 304, with installed sensors for overloading and position level indicator
– total height: ≈8,15 m;
– channel width: 0,80 m;
– bar spacing: 40 mm;
– water level height: 1,2 m. - Automated fine screens Q=200 l/s, executed fully from stainless steel AISI 304, with installed sensors for overloading and position level indicator
– total height: ≈3,5 m;
– channel width: 0,80 m;
– water level height: 1,0 m;
– bar spacing: 6 mm. - Screw conveyors DN 250, length: 5 m, capacity up to 2 m3/h, stainless steel AISI 304
- Compacting unit DN 250, length: 2, 5 m, capacity up to 2 m3/h, stanless steel AISI 304
- Sand Classifiers – screw type , Q=36 m3/h, stainless steel AISI 304
- Scraper Bridges for rectangular basins – basin width – 2 x 3.35 m, basing length – 30 m and basin width – 2 x 6 m, basing length – 35 m (material above water level: hot dip galvanized carbon steel, below water level: stainless steel AISI 304)
- Bridge Classifiers for circle basin with D=22 m (material above water level: hot dip galvanized carbon steel, below water level: stainless steel AISI 304)
- Sludge thickener for a basing with D=8 m (material above water level: hot dip galvanized carbon steel, below water level: stainless steel AISI 304)
- Various penstocks for wall installation from stainless steel AISI 304, channel installation operated by hand gearboxes and electric actuators AUMA
We expect the plant to be operating within mid of 2018, so soon we will be able to show you how it is working.
