Together with one of our client from the environmental industry we managed to develop and manufacture a complete system for filter control and regulation of water mainly used in the Drinking Water Treatment Plants (DWTP). The industrial equipment is based on the constant rate compensated-clogging filter but operated from an electric panel with level sensors that allow the DWTP processes to gain the best of the technological process of water filtration.
Our project included the following services:
- project design and Solid Works process simulations;
- technical project drawings approved by the client;
- manufacturing: laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly of equipment.
- installation on site;
- start-up.
Used material is stainless steel AISI 304.
