We manufactured 3 automated bar screens to be installed in the inlet pumping station zone of a WWTP of 45 000 p.e. with the following characteristics:
– Capacity: 200l/s;
– Channel height: 6.15 m;
– Discharge height: 7.75 m;
– Total height: 8.15 m;
– Channel width: 0.80m;
– Installation angle: 70°;
– Bar width: 40mm;
– Installed power: 0,75kW;
– Material: AISI 304.
The screen is equipped with 2 sensors for overloading and position control, as well as outside temperature sensor for the integrated heating control.
