This project is a turn-key subcontracting project for the production of platform implemented in the packaging industry, that gave us the possibility to prove our capabilities as a reliable metal fabrication partner. Project initiating and planning were done together with our customer, therefore we were able to find the best way of meeting price and execution expectations.
Project Technical Terms included production of industrial platform as follows:
- platform dimensions: 3200x1000x1800mm
- platform material: carbon steel S235JR
- coating: powder coating paint
Project execution included the following services:
- project planning according to factory machine park capabilities;
- procurement and delivery of material;
- laser cutting, bending and welding services so that bigger parts were batched;
- assembly of complete industrial platform
- factory visit by customer for FAT(factory acceptance tests) and approval;
- transportation to the client’s plant.
